Company History

Net Pay, located in Downtown Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was initially formed in the summer of 2000 as a business with a simple objective -- to provide comprehensive business services with a focus on payroll management. Officially incorporated in April of 2002, Net Pay expanded its Business Consulting Support Network, while still focusing on providing quality payroll resources at a one simple price.

In June of 2002, Net Pay encountered several manufacturing facilities that were struggling to pay their employees accurately through a Piece Rate pay structure. After many discussions with many local manufacturing companies, Net Pay discovered they could provide service to an entire industry that was being overlooked by its competitors. Net Pay developed a Production and Piece Rate Calculation System that allowed manufacturers to outsource their entire payroll, from Source to Net.

At first Net Pay focused on providing this new payroll resource to the Central Pennsylvania region, but soon found that it was getting attention from manufacturers nationally. In October of 2002, Net Pay expanded its market and is now the leading Piece Rate Payroll Provider in the United States.

Today, Net Pay services customers from coast to coast throughout the United States every week making sure their Standard and Piece Rate Payroll is the best value in the market today.

Local Tax Service

Net Pay's main focus is to provide the easiest payroll service while paying special attention on being accurate for our customers. Net Pay was designed around the Pennsylvania Local Tax Bureaus. Net Pay prides itself on how we manage our tax service. We know the headaches normally associated with local taxes and we have developed a method on analyzing each customers current employee demographics allowing us to make adjustments and transmit their tax to the proper bureau. We find that the current local tax condition is confusing to many. This is the very reason we have planned and set up our service to deal with these issues so you, the customer, do not have to. Net Pay not only processes the payroll with the correct local withholding rate, but also transmits to each bureau and prints the returns, no matter how many bureaus you must have accounts with. The local tax service is included in Net Pay's standard payroll service package at no additional charge.
