Employee Changes & Updates
Any employee changes in salary, address, federal withholding status, etc., must be submitted in writing prior to or at the time of transmission of the payroll data. We welcome you to visit the link below, which will provide you with a wide variety of forms you can use to submit employee changes.

If your company does not have Internet access, please ask your Net Pay associate to provide you with hard copies of these forms.
Feel free to call your payrolls in during regular business hours. Our helpful staff will take your payroll, including your new hires and changes.

We accept many payrolls vis Fax. Our toll free fax machines will never give you a busy signal. We will gladly accept your payroll by fax, process it, and get it back to you in no time.

If you are a fan of email, you may want to transmit your payroll to us via email. A quick way to let us know any changes and instructions on how to process your payroll just the way you intended. You will be given an email address to use that delivers your payroll right to our processing department.

Another innovative way to transmit your payroll. Are you in a situation where you need to pass a master time collection sheet around? Net Pay Paylink Payroll might be the answer to your problems. This Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet has programming embedded into it allowing you to email or copy it from person to person allowing each person to enter pay data in automated cells. Once completed, the spreadsheet will even total your payroll and give you a chance to review it before emailing it to our offices.
