How do I add Direct Deposit to my Payroll Service?
Each customer is already set up for Direct Deposit. All we need is a copy of a voided check for each employee who wishes to have Direct Deposit faxed to us. Direct Deposit is a free service Net Pay offers to each customer.

Yes. Net Pay has a wide array of reporting that is custom to each customer. Ask your payroll advisor about additional reporting you may need.

Does Net Pay process payroll anywhere besides Pennsylvania?
Yes. Net Pay processes payroll for customers all over the United States, from California to New Jersey to Florida, and many points in between.

How does the Payroll Debit Card effect my bill?
It doesn't. The Payroll Debit Card is a free service for Net Pay's customers to use. Its designed for the employee with no bank account. The employee pays a one time $10 setup fee.

Can I have a mixture on paycheck methods?
Sure. It does not matter how many people recieve standard Payroll Checks, Direct Deposits, Vouchers, or Payroll Debit Cards. They are all included services in our standard payroll service package.

Does Net Pay process and pay all Pennsylavnia Payroll Taxes?
Yes. Net Pay not only processes and pays ALL taxes, including all local bureaus, but also completes all returns to all bureaus.

How do I recieve my payrolls and how much does that cost?
Net Pay delivers your payroll through one of our three carriers, depending on your location. All shipping charges are included in our standard payroll service price. There are no additional shipping charges.

How do I transmit my time information to Net Pay?
Any way you wish. Net Pay recieves time just like any other payroll company. We have all the methods including Phone, Fax, Email, and Web Entry. Whatever method fits your company best is what we will use.

How much does it cost to switch to Net Pay?
Nothing. Net Pay converts all its customers over at no charge. You will pay no setup fees.

How much does W-2's and end of year reports cost?
Nothing. Net Pay prints W-2's and delivers them to your office as part of our standard payroll service. There is no charge for this service. If you wish, Net Pay will be happy to place postage on the W-2's and mail them for you at the current postage rate. End of year reports are also provided at no charge.

What is Source-To-Net and Piece Rate?
This is a service that Net Pay offers to its manufacturing clients. In manufacturing, many times you will find that the employees are paid by their personal production rate. Each piece or part they produce has a pay rate assigned to it. Net Pay calculates how much each employee produces, and turns that into a paycheck.
