| Accounting System Interfaces |
Net Pay generates Accounting System import entries for the two most popular packages on the market today, Peachtree and Quickbooks. To recieve this service, all you need to do is set your General Ledger up with Net Pay by providing your Chart of Accounts. Net Pay will then inturn set the right expense types to match your GL. Then once a payroll is completed, a file is sent to you for you to import directly into your Accounting Package.

Peachtree Import Files
|

Allow Net Pay to generate a Peachtree Import file for you. When this file is imported into your Peachtree Accounting Package, it will eliminate the need for you to re-key any payroll data.
This file imports all check detail, including Gross Pay, Taxes, Deductions, Benefits, Job Costing, and Department Allocations.
When its time to reconcile your checkbook, all checks will appear for easy tracking.
